Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (usually sooner).

Typically, orders are taken to the Post Office or UPS and shipped off in the beginning of the week (Mon-Weds) to ensure that your order makes it to you in a timely manner and is not sitting in a hot warehouse or in the back of a delivery truck on the weekends (which would be horrible, since we use 100% all natural soy wax).

All of the candles are hand poured to ensure the best quality possible. We will be working hard to get every order out in a timely manner.

We use a standard shipping rates based on the value of the item in your cart. Usually, the larger the purchase, the greater the cost to ship all items safely and in a timely manner.

​*Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be shipping internationally - however once things have cleared we can't wait for everyone to have the Wood Wyck Candle experience.
