Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (usually sooner).

Typically, orders are taken to the Post Office or UPS and shipped in the beginning of the week (Monday through Wednesday) to ensure that your order makes it to you in a timely manner and is not sitting in a hot warehouse or in the back of a delivery truck on the weekends (which would be horrible, since we use 100% all natural soy wax).

All of the candles are hand poured to ensure the best quality possible. We always work hard to get every order out in a timely manner.

We use a standard shipping rates based on the value of the item in your cart. Usually, the larger the purchase, the greater the cost to ship all items safely and in a timely manner.

*Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be shipping internationally - however once things have cleared we can't wait for everyone to have the Wood Wyck Candle experience.
